Happy 2004! After the flurry of holiday madness, which I call "wrap, rip and indulge," we escaped for a weeklong vacation to the Outer Banks where I spent a lot of time reading. One afternoon we ventured out to a bookstore in Duck called Duck's Cottage where I met Jamie Layton, a bookseller. I mentioned that I loved to look at bookstores since I owned a company that had seven sites online that talked about books and authors. Before I could say more, she said, "My favorite site online is ReadingGroupGuides.com." You can well imagine the chat we had after that as we traded ideas and suggestions.
Does your group work with a bookstore or library as a resource to guide you in making your selections?

We know this arrives in your mailbox as you prepare for the holidays. We hope you will give it a look now --- perhaps we have the perfect answers for some last minute holiday gifts --- and then save it someplace to refer back to when life is a tad less busy.
Our goal with this website is to share with you news about Christian books and authors. Through a mix of reviews, interviews and features, we will keep you in touch with the best of Christian writing.

Happy holidays from all of us at Teenreads.com. By now we assume you are caught up in a frenzy of shopping, wrapping and parties. I personally love giving gifts, but have gift anxiety about receiving them.
